W-250 Wheel Balancer

This is the redats W250 semi automatic wheel balancer, it is the next generation wheel balancer it is a motorised wheel balancer with semi-automatic data input so you don’t have to spend time manual entering all of the data you only have to input the width of the wheel with the W-250s wheel balancer.

All equipment supplied by Autotrade Solutions LTD T/A Garage Equipment Group will be supplied with a 12-month parts only warranty as standard. Labour warranty is not included and is the responsibility of the customer in all cases. Should a diagnosis be provided by our technical support team then you will be required to complete a warranty claim form via our online portal or emailed PDF document. Should a substantial spare part be required, and the customer has returned a warranty claim form an invoice will be issued for the required part. On return of the defective part we shall check the defective part for inappropriate use and if deemed inappropriate use of the equipment or incorrect installation then the invoice will stand as payable by the customer. If the customer is not able or willing to replace the required parts, we may offer the customer a repair service at our warehouse. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide payment for the collection and delivery service and any labour charges we may apply. If a product you purchased develops a fault that we are not able to repair here at our warehouse, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate and at the Managing Directors discretion. Wear & Tear Items are not covered under our warranty terms. Examples of this would be items made of rubber or plastic that wear or break with use. Any parts that are used to control or operate equipment will also fall under this catagory ie pedals, buttons and keypads. To comply with these conditions all equipment must be serviced on a 6-monthly basis as required by LOLER & PUWER. Proof of the service history must be provided if requested by us. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in your warranty being null and void. Your legal rights are not affected. Please contact the Customer Service department for further assistance.
